Exchange and return policy

Cancellations and refunds:
Any orders canceled after 48 hours of order placement may be subject to additional charges. If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.

Refunds can only be made using the same payment method used to place the order.

We have a 30-day return policy , meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To request a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hola@montessoricreativa.com. We will provide you with the address to which you must send the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without having previously requested a return will not be accepted .

Exceptions/non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes:
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day reflection period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and send your refund.
